EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a High School Diploma with one year of experience providing supports and services to persons with developmental disabilities. Supervisory experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret information from professionals in various disciplines. Ability to effectively write reports and various forms of documentation. Ability to communicate information to individuals served, families, support system and other providers, professionals, co-workers and supervisors.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical, abstract, and multi-variable problems. Ability to relate knowledge to various individual situations. Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, stand, walk, reach with arms and hands to drive. The rate of pay for this position is $41,600 annually, based on $20/hour.
