III. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Vocational Services Manager oversees four Vocational Counselors and two Hab Assistants.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in psychology, sociology, education, human services, or related field. One year experience in programs serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS/REASONING ABILITY
Must possess excellent verbal and analytical skills. Must be a team player.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar or line graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have excellent computer skills, with experience in Microsoft office.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess a valid NYS driver's license.
